1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DigitalBix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms are legally binding.

2. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from DigitalBix, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product in accordance with the specific license tier purchased.

3. Intellectual Property

All digital products, content, features, and functionality are owned by Mukesh Yadav and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our digital products.
• Claim ownership of our digital products.
• Use our products in any way that violates applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mukesh Yadav, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products.
