Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (templates, courses, e-books, and design assets), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided.

Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

• The product is completely non-functional or severely defective.
• The product description was fundamentally misleading.
• You accidentally purchased the same item twice.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the email address associated with your purchase, along with a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
